Withdrawal Policy

Important note

A contact inquiry via website, e-mail, WhatsApp or telephone is not yet a paid contract. Under the current rules, a paid course contract is concluded only after payment of the course fee.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside business premises within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Lalmano by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail or letter.

If you withdraw from the contract, Lalmano will refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal declaration. The same means of payment will generally be used unless otherwise agreed.

If you expressly request that the course begins during the withdrawal period, Lalmano may demand a reasonable amount for services already provided in the event of a later withdrawal. The right of withdrawal may expire if the service has been fully provided and you have previously expressly agreed that Lalmano may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your knowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance.
