1. Overview
- Lalmano processes personal data only to the extent necessary for operating the website, handling contact inquiries, organising courses, processing contracts, communication and complying with legal obligations.
- Please do not send identity documents, residence permits, official notices, certificates, health data or other sensitive documents by form, e-mail or WhatsApp.

3. Hosting and server log files
- The website is hosted by STRATO. When pages are accessed, technical log data such as IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser, operating system and referrer may be processed. The purpose is technical provision, security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact and course inquiries
- When you contact us, we process name, contact details, desired course level, course objective, message text and, in the case of booking, contract, payment and billing data. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b), (c), (f) GDPR and, where necessary, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
5. WhatsApp
- WhatsApp should be used only for simple contact. Please do not send sensitive documents. E-mail can be used as an alternative. When using WhatsApp, the provider’s data protection terms also apply.
6. Cookies, analytics and external fonts
- These pages do not use external Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or marketing cookies.
7. Recipients
- Internal employees of Lalmano GmbH, hosting providers, e-mail and telecommunications providers, WhatsApp/Meta when WhatsApp is used, tax consulting/accounting/payment service providers when a contract is concluded, and authorities or courts where legally required.
8. Storage period
- Inquiries without a contract are generally deleted no later than after 6 months unless further retention is required. Contract, payment and accounting data are retained for the statutory retention periods, generally 6 or 10 years.
9. Data subject rights
