Consumers generally have the right to cancel a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
The cancellation period is fourteen days. For services and digital content, the deadline generally begins on the day the contract is concluded, provided that the legal requirements for the start of the deadline are met.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement. This can be done, for example, by email or letter.

If you effectively revoke a contract, we will reimburse you the payments we have received from you in connection with this contract immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your declaration of revocation.
For the repayment, we generally use the same payment method that you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any additional fees for the repayment.
To the extent that Lalmano offers paid services, for example advice or guidance, special rules may apply if you expressly request that Lalmano begin providing the service before the cancellation period has expired.
In this case, Lalmano may require express consent and confirmation that the right of withdrawal may expire if the service is fully provided under the legal requirements. If you cancel after the service has begun, compensation may be owed for the services provided up to the time of cancellation, insofar as this is provided for by law.
This does not generally exclude or shorten a statutory right of withdrawal.
To the extent that Lalmano offers digital content or digital services, for example PDFs, checklists, templates, downloads, online courses, webinars or premium access, special legal requirements apply.
For digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal does not expire automatically. Expiry is only possible under the respective legal conditions, in particular if the necessary declarations and information are effectively available.
The specific cancellation policy must match the respective digital offer. If an offer is not yet actively sold, this page should be understood as general guidance.
Depending on the specific design, the law for services, digital services or digital content may be relevant for webinars, online courses and digital access. Lalmano will provide information on the right of withdrawal for such offers in accordance with the respective offer.
You can currently declare your revocation by email or letter. If Lalmano concludes paid consumer distance selling contracts via an online user interface, it will be checked whether and in what form an electronic cancellation function should be provided.
